Digital Smile Design: A New Smile with Veneers and Crowns in Just One Month

The Dental Problem

Our 37-year-old patient visited our clinic because she was unhappy with the appearance of her front teeth. Their colour and shape did not meet her expectations and affected the overall harmony of her smile.

Solution

Based on the patient’s preferences, we designed her new smile using digital smile design software. The planning process was complemented by a digitally created, 3D-printed wax-up model, which allowed the patient to see the expected result before treatment began – including the shape, size and proportions of the final restorations.
Using the wax-up as a reference, we created a mock-up – a temporary version placed in the mouth – which enabled the patient to see and feel her new smile before the final restorations were made.
After discussing and refining the details together, we completed the final veneers and zirconia crowns, which were carefully prepared and precisely fitted to her natural front teeth.

Result

The entire treatment was completed within one month and required only two visits to the clinic. With her new veneers and crowns, the patient achieved a natural, harmonious smile and left the clinic feeling confident and delighted with the outcome.
