Smile Restoration with a Full-Arch Bridge and Implant-Supported Crowns

The Dental Problem

Our 76-year-old female patient visited our clinic with aesthetic concerns, bite issues and partial tooth loss. The missing teeth, together with the deteriorating condition of the remaining ones, made chewing difficult and disrupted the natural harmony of her smile.

Solution

As the first step of treatment, we carried out the necessary extractions and root canal therapies, followed by the placement of dental implants in both the upper and lower jaws.
During the healing period, the patient received a long-term provisional restoration, which already enhanced the appearance of her smile and made eating much more comfortable. This restoration allowed her to maintain confidence in daily life and continue enjoying social activities without compromise.
In the final phase of treatment, a full-arch bridge was fitted to the upper jaw, while two implant-supported crowns were placed in the lower molar region.

Result

Following treatment, our patient regained full chewing comfort and a stable bite, along with a natural, harmonious smile. The functional and aesthetic restoration significantly improved not only her appearance but also her overall quality of life.
