Smile Rehabilitation with Implants and Zirconia Bridges

The Dental Problem

Our 61-year-old male patient came to us with missing teeth and significant aesthetic concerns. The condition of his dentition not only affected his appearance but also impaired his chewing function and speech. After a thorough examination, we created a personalised treatment plan that outlined the full rehabilitation process step by step.

Solution

As part of oral surgery, we removed the compromised teeth and placed two implants in the upper jaw and four in the lower jaw. The healing period progressed smoothly: the gums regenerated, and the implants integrated successfully. In the final stage of treatment, we fitted a zirconia full-arch bridge in the upper jaw, anchored to both implants and the remaining natural teeth, and zirconia bridges in the molar region of the lower jaw. Zirconia, thanks to its durability, strength, and excellent aesthetics, offers a long-lasting and highly reliable solution.

Result

With careful planning and precise treatment, the new dental restorations fit perfectly, restoring our patient’s smile aesthetics, proper chewing function, and clear speech.
