Full-Arch Dental Bridge and Implants to Restore Smile and Function

The Dental Problem

Our 40-year-old patient came to us with several badly decayed teeth, some of which were beyond repair. In addition, he was missing multiple molars at the back of his lower jaw. These issues affected not only the appearance of his smile but also made everyday tasks, such as chewing, uncomfortable and inefficient.

Solution

In the upper jaw, we removed the teeth that could not be saved. The remaining healthy teeth were carefully assessed and found to be strong enough to support a full-arch bridge made from zirconia – a durable, high-quality ceramic material known for its strength and natural appearance.
To replace the missing teeth in the lower jaw and prevent further problems such as bone loss or shifting of neighbouring teeth, we placed dental implants in the back (posterior) regions. Once the implants had fully integrated with the jawbone – a process known as osseointegration – we restored them with individually crafted zirconia crowns. These are ideal for molars, thanks to their strength and ability to withstand biting forces.

Result

The treatment was completed within eight months. The patient received a long-lasting, natural-looking and highly functional solution. He left our clinic with full chewing ability restored – and most importantly, a confident and healthy smile.
